HUGE weekend here in the Big D! This Saturday Gorilla vs Bear puts on their 2nd annual GvB fest at the lovely Granada Theater. The fest features dance/disco label-mates Glass Candy and Chromatics, space-drone songstress Laurel Halo, indie/funk bedroom poppers Twin Sister, Swedish songbird Victoria Bergsman’s project Taken By Trees, and local hip-hop artist A.Dd+. The shows will be facilitated by the always stellar DJ Sober, who has put together a mix featuring all of the GvB artists as well as some of his personal favorites. Below is the link to play or download, supposedly the mix will be available in physical form before the shows kick off, so be there early. Tickets are still on sale, and GvB has t-shirts and posters to give away so check those out too.
